Manage and executes treasury functions including bank relationship management, foreign exchange operations, cash management, cash and treasury operations. Certifies daily that the Company’s cash operations are operated in accordance with corporate policy to ensure adequate liquidity and optimization of working capital. Manage the Company’s investment and debt portfolios according to Board approved policies.
