Job Description
Amazon, the leading e-commerce company, is looking for Survey Completion Agents to work from home. The job requires completing online surveys for market research purposes. Successful candidates will need an excellent knowledge of online surveys and the ability to complete them accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing online surveys as provided by the team supervisor.
- Maintaining the required quality of work while surveying.
- Answering customer inquiries as provided by the team supervisor.
- Providing feedback to team supervisors when necessary.
Requirements
- High-speed internet connectivity with a minimum of 5mbps speed and a backup plan ready in case of internet issues.
- Secured working area, noise-free and free from any distraction during work hours.
- Minimum of 6 months of surveying experience.
- Basic computer skills with a reliable computer system and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Excellent communication skills in English – verbal and written.
Work Schedule
- This is a full-time work from home job with a 9 am to 5 pm EST schedule.
- Days off will be decided by the team supervisor and company policy.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation is hourly, starting at $15 per hour.
- Eligible for health insurance benefits after 90 days of a continuous job with us.
- Entitled to paid vacation days after a year of continuous job with us.
