About the Role

As a Survey Completion Specialist at Maple Solutions, you will work from home and be responsible for completing surveys and questionnaires that we receive from our clients. You will be required to conduct research, gather data, and enter it into our database accurately. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage your time effectively.


  • Complete surveys and questionnaires for various industries.
  • Conduct research to ensure all data is accurate and complete.
  • Enter data into our database and ensure it is up to date.
  • Meet daily or weekly targets.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues and management effectively.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Survey Completion Specialist who meets the following criteria:


  • A minimum of 2-years’ experience in data entry or completing surveys.
  • Experience in a work from home environment.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop with a webcam.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours.
  • Must be fluent in English.
