We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative. The job involves working from home and assisting our customers with survey completion. Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Service Representative, your daily duties will include:
- Assisting customers with survey completion via email, phone, and chat support
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Meeting customer satisfaction and quality assurance metrics
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records
- Escalating complex issues to supervisors or management as needed
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)

- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage difficult customers

- Strong organizational and time management skills
